Shariqonomica: Journal of Sharia, Law, and Economics is an academic journal published by the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics, Universitas Tomakaka. The journal focuses on interdisciplinary studies involving Sharia, law, and Islamic economics within the context of contemporary society. It aims to provide a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality and relevant scientific works rooted in Islamic values.

Shariqonomica is published twice a year, in March and September. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality and originality. The journal accepts various types of submissions, including research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies.

The journal’s scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Islamic law (including Islamic family law, inheritance, waqf, fatwas, and ijtihad)

  • Comparative law (Islamic and positive law)

  • Human rights and international law from Islamic perspectives

  • Islamic economics and Sharia-compliant finance

Shariqonomica operates under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license and is committed to full open access. The journal does not charge any article processing fees (APC-free) for authors.
